	Diana Cortes Research Analyst Intelligence and Data Services XMG Asia Pacific

Ms. Cortes is a specialist in statistics and is tasked to support the creation of XMG’s body of knowledge of the Philippine ICT industry.  Ms. Cortes has a line of specialization in survey statistics and currently assists the company’s research team
on research design and methodology, survey questionnaire formulation, data encoding and data gathering.

Before joining XMG, Ms. Cortes worked at Jardine Lloyd Thompson Insurance Brokers under the Corporate Services Division, which handled data gathering, summarizing and presentation for its clients.

At XMG, Ms. Cortes has contributed valuable assistance to several organizations. This includes developing a competitive labor force sourcing and retention strategies for Dell, providing a holistic assessment on the ICT talent supply and demand for IBM, and imparting an indispensable knowledge on conducting a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis and Seat Management at the Asian Development Bank (ADB), to name a few.

Ms. Cortes is a graduate of the De La Salle University Manila with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Statistics major in Actuarial Science.  Ms. Cortes is based in Manila, Philippines.
