Ms. Moir is an informed provider of guidance to executive management on broad strategic issues, future directions, business, corporate and strategic and project planning, optimization of human capital resources, and business architecture.

Prior to joining XMG, Ms. Moir had several experience working for both the public and private sector and held various senior positions. At RailCorp, Ms. Moir was responsible for the company's Portfolio Management and Business Planning. Ms. Moir was also a key player in several projects including providing guidance in the development of the Asset Management process and Enterprise Architecture. At the Office of the Director General of Transport, Ms. Moir developed the framework for research planning and performance networks. While with CompSuper and Centrelink, Ms. Moir managed several successful projects including legacy migration, demand management, problem management consolidation, outsourcing and infrastructure implementation requiring complex program management and change management proficiency.

Ms. Moir is a graduate of Northern Territory University. Ms. Moir resides in Canberra, Australia.
