	Hiyasmin Mattison Analyst Management Services XMG Asia Pacific

Ms. Mattison is a member of XMG’s Human Capital Management practice and has extensive experience in staffing, organization development and change management. Ms. Mattison has a proven track record of delivering results and added value to a broad range of companies and distinct corporate cultures both in the Philippines and in the United Kingdom.

Prior to joining XMG, Ms. Mattison was a key member of the change management team that transformed the government-run Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System (MWSS) into the privately-owned Manila Water Company Inc, one of the largest and most successful privatizations in the world.  Ms. Mattison also worked as an Organization Development Specialist in Globe Telecom (Philippines) and as an HR Manager and Senior Advisor for Campus Ventures University of Manchester, J Sainsbury plc and WS Atkins plc (UK) when she was based in Europe.

Ms. Mattison is concurrently an Assistant Professor in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of the Philippines, Diliman.

Ms. Mattison has a BA Psychology (Cum Laude) and an MBA from the University of the Philippines. She is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (UK), and has completed the Certificate in Life Coaching from the Newcastle College (UK) and Certificate in Counseling Skills from Warrington Collegiate (UK).
