Mr. Locsin specializes in telecommunication and networking and is XMG’s principal consultant for XMG’s Global Networking consulting practice.

Prior to joining XMG, Mr. Locsin’s experience in telecommunication and networking is broad and deep. With over 17 years of experience, Mr. Locsin guided numerous clients by speeding design decisions through best-practices approaches. Mr. Locsin managed several critical projects to ensure application and infrastructure networkability, including the design of local, metropolitan and wide area networks, to assure quality of experience / service. As an expert in telecom service outsourcing, Mr. Locsin establishes business value with every investment step by formulating integrated networking strategy and business continuity plans to secure communications within the enterprise and beyond. Mr. Locsin’s landmark achievement is recognized when he designed and built the first commercial broadband wireless network in the Philippines while with Broadband Philippines.

Mr. Locsin graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering from the University of the Pacific (Stockton, California).
