	Kathrina Lim Research Associate Intelligence and Data Services XMG Asia Pacific

Ms. Lim is a specialist on organizational Psychology and is tasked to support the creation of XMG’s body of knowledge of the Philippine ICT industry. Her extensive training in qualitative research and background on human capital management involves her in various projects including the assessment of IT resourcing strategies for Asian Development Bank. She also supports XMG’s research team through data gathering, summarizing and qualitative analysis.

Currently, Ms. Lim is a lifetime member of International Honor Society of Pi Gamma Mu and a candidate of Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. During her undergraduate years, she was known for her significant leadership skills through her consistent and active involvement as a leader in organizations such as the UP Psychology Society and the College of Social Sciences and Philosophy Student Council.

Ms. Lim is a graduate of the University of the Philippines Diliman with a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Ms. Lim is based in Manila, Philippines.
