Ms. Lea Otara is an experienced market researcher, business process analyst and a valued member of the XMG Senior Management team.

Ms. Otara previously worked with a global telecommunications company as a Process Analyst. Prior to this assignment, Ms. Otara was an associate consultant for an international research organization conducting market research studies - bringing with her a set of experience in research design, process control and analysis, market research and intelligence, design of experiments, statistical modeling, and forecasting. Ms. Otara also initiated and managed opinion polling and consumer insight studies.

Ms. Otara is currently finishing her Master of Arts in Demography at the University of the Philippines – Diliman. Ms. Otara has a Bachelor of Science degree major in Library and Information Science at University of the Philippines – Diliman. Ms. Otara is based in Manila, Philippines.
