Ms. Magtoto is currently a Senior Consultant at XMG providing guidance and leveraging the researches and advisories developed by XMG on client facing engagements.

Miss Michaela Magtoto has over twelve (12) years of solid accounting, finance, budgeting, tax, internal/external audit, Sarbanes-Oaxley and information systems related experiences - about four years of which were spent at SGV.  In her years of work experience, as a professional consultant, Ms. Magototo is an advocate of promoting new directions in order to improve the efficiency and reliability of her clients through process, people and technology. 

Ms. Magtoto has been a process and accounting manager for more than six (6) years, and believes in leading and teaching by example.  As a facilitator for change, Ms. Magtoto has earned the respect of her clients and subordinates through accuracy, efficiency and her specialized competence.

Ms. Magtoto has proven her excellence in the field of cost-efficiency by reviewing the operations, process and financials of her clients and provides valuable insight into streamlining operations and strengthening controls that would greatly improve the efficiency of the enterprise. 

Ms. Magtoto has a Bachelor of Science, Major in Accountancy from De La Salle University. Ms. Magtoto is based in Manila, Philippines.
