	Severino Sumulong General Counsel

Previously the CEO and General Counsel for several private and publicly listed companies, Mr. Sumulong has been a practicing lawyer for over 20 years with extensive experience in litigation, corporate law, commercial law, intellectual property and franchising. Along with his duties as XMG’s general counsel, Mr. Sumulong is currently a director of FCP Allied Private Limited (Hong Kong), a Swiss based company of Allied Finance AG that provides tailor-made solutions and advisory services for clients from various countries. Mr. Sumulong completed his Bachelor of Laws at the Ateneo de Manila University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Business Management at De La Salle University.
