	Souriya Phompida Analyst XMG Global

Mr. Souriya Phompida is an IT specialist with expertise in Solutions Implementation, Delivery and Support, Procurement and Vendor Management, Knowledge Training. He has extensive industry experience in Banking, Education, Internet Service Providers, and Telecommunications.

Prior to XMG, Mr. Phompida worked as the Deputy IT Manager for a privately owned bank where he was responsible for maintaining the network and systems, develop policies and standards for computer resources and disaster recovery strategies. He also worked as Web Development Consultant for an ICT Solution Company, Head of IT Division at Quest College and Technical Support/Web Master for Planet Computer where he provided both on-site and off-site support for software, hardware, network and internet related issues.

One of his projects with our client ADB involve designing an evaluation and monitoring framework, develop indicators including baselines, monitor the implementation of pilot programs, collecting data and prepare evaluation reports.
