	Sylvia Stolk Analyst Technology & Provider Services XMG Asia Pacific

Prior to joining XMG, Sylvia Stolk was a Consultant with META Group where she was a subject matter expert and provided support responsibility for the development of deliverables in Enterprise Architecture engagements for a number of large companies in the financial and telecommunications industries. Ms. Stolk also provided Analysis, Project Management and Due Diligence services to validate strategy and scope for prospective clients in the Philippine office.

Prior to joining META Group, Ms. Stolk was Executive Vice President and Director of IT Resource Management of stag Philippines, Inc. As a lead manager of the IT Resource Management team of stag, she has been instrumental in establishing the stag consultancy and application development process. She has also led the management of numerous outsourcing engagements for application development and infrastructure implementation projects in client/server, Internet, and .Net based environments. She has provided senior level business analysis and business assurance services to different project in the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical, Banking and Finance, Manufacturing, Tourism, Retail, Ecommerce and Software/Services industries. She currently co-leads policy and strategy formulation, and the development and structuring of new products and services for the company and spearheaded the SEI-CMM alignment of stag.

Ms. Stolk was also a Financial Analyst for a leading Investment Banking group in Boston, USA. As an Analyst, she provided analysis support for over US$1Billion in transaction volume in various investment banking activities (Financial Advisory, Private Placement, Fairness Opinion, Valuation, Initial Public Offering, Secondary Offering, and Mergers & Acquisition) for the IT Services, Software, Healthcare, Biotechnology, Specialized Retail, and Contract Manufacturing sectors.

Ms. Stolk has a Bachelor of Science, Management, Major in Finance Investments from Babson College, Wellesley, MA, USA. Ms. Stolk is based in Manila, Philippines.
