ICT Sourcing and Procurement Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as the industry expert in ICT sourcing, procurement and evaluation process, including knowledge in global best practices and best actions.
• Conducts research in several Asia Pacific countries’ government procurement rules and regulations.
• Develops the prequalification and selection criteria for the procurement of ICT hardware, software and related services.
• Prepares the bidding documents using advanced methods for sourcing, evaluation and procurement of ICT components.

Requirements:

• 4-Year Undergraduate Degree required in Administration, Computer Science or related disciplines. (Must Have)
• +8 years in general sourcing and procurement (Must Have).
• +5 years in ICT sourcing and procurement (Must Have).
• Excellent sourcing and procurement skills, particularly in vendor evaluation and negotiations. (Must Have)
• Have working knowledge of sourcing and procurement practices. (Must Have).
• Have working knowledge of ICT, particularly in the area of ICT telecommunications/ networks and training (Must Have).
• Excellent interpersonal, prioritization, and organization skills. (Must Have).
• Exemplary project management skills (Must Have).
• Strong communication skills required: excellent technical writing and good presentation/training skills (Must Have).
• Valid passport. (Must Have).
• Must be willing to travel to multiple countries over an extended period of time (Must Have).
• Highly research oriented. (Must Have).
• Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Information Technology Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
• 1 Contract position available.
