Advisory Manager
Responsibilities:
- Act as the industry expert to advise clients on the implications of industry changes based on research conducted by XMG.
- Provide diagnostic review and insight generation of research studies by XMG.
- Assist clients in managing the risks and maximizing the benefits associated with their business imperatives.
- Develop trends and business impact analysis in collaboration with the Research Manager using primary and secondary research.
- Collaborate with the Research Manager in developing the XMG Knowledge Management System.
- Responsible for the writing, development, packaging of presentation and reports according to the clients’ needs.
- Maintain excellent relationship with the clients.
- Contribute to the brand building of the firm.
Qualifications:
Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics or equivalent.
- Excellent oral and written abilities in English.
- Proven track record in Project Management running several projects.
- Proven track record in implementation of ICT Projects (IT, Call Center and BPO).
- Proven track record in business development.
- Ability to identify critical drivers to client service delivery.
- Experienced public speaker, especially among senior level executives.
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of clients.
- Experience working in consulting, research or professional services firm background.
- Required language(s): English.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- 1 Full -Time position available.
