Senior Account Executive - Sales [XMG Services]
Responsibilities:
XMG has an opening for a dynamic Senior Account Executive for the company’s core business of providing IT research, advisory and high-value consultancy to its clients. The Senior Account Executive’s main responsibility will be to retain and grow XMG’s core business to ensure net revenue growth.
- Spends time developing relationships at a senior level in order to acquire new accounts and develop current accounts.
- Develops and maintains close relations with the local business community.
- Timely and accurate revenue forecasting.
- Be familiar with XMG’s products and services portfolio to discuss and explain sales collaterals to prospective clients. This includes XMG’s 12 Service Focus, x-Actitude Research Publication and the ICT Executive Forum.
- Schedules client visits to present XMG’s integrated offerings.
- Ensures the clients’ interests are always protected.
- Collaborates with other Account Executives to develop an integrated sales approach.
- Closes sales to meet global sales revenues for the Philippine territory.
- Works with the Marketing Communications Department to develop collaterals, workshops, events, etc.
- Works with XMG Analysts and Consultants to ensure client needs are always met.
Qualifications:
Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate the following :
Ensure that the Sales objectives are aligned, attained and accomplished with the Sales forecasts
- Minimum 4 + years proven consultative sales experience in Information Communications and Technology.
- Graduate from a four-year college and/or professional experience in related field.
- High level of business acumen and industry expertise especially in the ICT and business industries.
- Excellent marketing and sales communications skills in explaining and promoting the company's portfolio of products and services.
- Proficient in Account Planning and Account Management.
- Has the ability to be articulate, creative, and personable to develop high level client relationships.
- Solid background in Sales in a competitive environment.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
