Senior Analyst (Human Capital Management)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct performance improvement studies, HR audits and HR Compensation and Benefits reviews.
  • Act as the industry expert to advice clients on the implications of industry changes to human capital practices.
  • Develop analyst reports and presentation for Clients.
  • Assists in designing primary and secondary research projects including data analysis.
  • Spot trends and formulate insights using qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Sets the Human Capital Management research agenda and monitors research progress.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Bachelors  Degree in Human Resources or related field (Must Have)
  • Strong orientation in Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis or equivalent (Must Have)
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience required (Must Have)
  • Good analytical skills with an aptitude for figures (Must Have)
  • Experience in HR Compensation and Benefits strategies and design (Must Have)
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition and Development program design (Must Have)
  • Excellent Facilitation and Written Communication Skills (Must Have)
  • Business Process Analysis and Modeling (Must Have)
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple assignments effectively and efficiently (Must Have)
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast paced rapidly changing environment (Must Have)
  • Previous project management experience (Nice to Have)
  • Previous experience working in IT or IT-enabled industry (Nice to Have)
