Senior Analyst (Human Capital Management)
Responsibilities
- Conduct performance improvement studies, HR audits and HR Compensation and Benefits reviews.
- Act as the industry expert to advice clients on the implications of industry changes to human capital practices.
- Develop analyst reports and presentation for Clients.
- Assists in designing primary and secondary research projects including data analysis.
- Spot trends and formulate insights using qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Sets the Human Capital Management research agenda and monitors research progress.
Requirements:
- Graduate of Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field (Must Have)
- Strong orientation in Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis or equivalent (Must Have)
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience required (Must Have)
- Good analytical skills with an aptitude for figures (Must Have)
- Experience in HR Compensation and Benefits strategies and design (Must Have)
- Experience in Talent Acquisition and Development program design (Must Have)
- Excellent Facilitation and Written Communication Skills (Must Have)
- Business Process Analysis and Modeling (Must Have)
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple assignments effectively and efficiently (Must Have)
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast paced rapidly changing environment (Must Have)
- Previous project management experience (Nice to Have)
- Previous experience working in IT or IT-enabled industry (Nice to Have)
