Senior Analyst (Technology and Provider Services)

Responsibilities

• To support the execution and delivery of market analysis and competitive intelligence projects. 
• Act as the industry expert to advice clients on technology and technology direction.
• Develop analyst reports and presentation for Clients.
• Observe trends and formulate insights based on primary and desk research.
• Develop the research agenda for a specific segment of the technology sector.
• Meet specified quota of written documentation of research and industry trends documents.
• Interact with local and international press and media.

Requirements:

• Graduate of Bachelors  Degree in related field (Must Have)
• Strong background in IT, IT-Enabled Services such as BPO, KPO and Call Center (Must Have)
• Strong business and technology acumen (Must Have)
• Excellent Facilitation and Written Communication Skills (Must Have)
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple assignments effectively and efficiently (Must Have)
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast paced rapidly changing environment (Must Have)
• Deep understanding of converged and emerging technologies (Must Have)
• Strong financial acumen (Nice to Have)
• Previous project management experience (Nice to Have)
• Good analytical skills with an aptitude for figures (Nice to Have)
