Senior Telecommunication and Network Analyst (Wireless Technologies)

Responsibilities

• Act as the industry expert to advice Clients in multiple countries in setting up electronic linkages and the establishment of multi-country Network Architecture. 
• Conduct detailed analysis of network and general infrastructure requirements and develops forward looking recommendations, designs and solutions.
• Conduct research and work with multi-country service providers in assessing country-specific telecommunication market maturity in the provisioning of services.
• Conduct forward looking analysis and insights for use of wireless technologies, particularly in remote and last mile coverage areas.
• Develop the telecommunication and network architecture documents and artifacts.
• Define and implement network communications solutions of medium to high complexity in different multi-country setting.
• Advices clients on Quality of Service standards, including the necessary testing and acceptance strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-Year Undergraduate Degree required in Engineering or Computer Science related field and have demonstrated mastery of the relevant material. (Must Have)
• +5 years managing an IT network. (Must Have)
• +5 years experience in wireless technologies. (Must Have)
• Experience in LAN/WAN start up thru implementation and support. (Must Have)
• Experience as a Senior Network Specialist in a technical role and has led others on projects. (Must Have)
• Excellent proven problem recognition and problem solving abilities, along with incident and problem management skills. (Must Have)
• Working knowledge of network operating systems, devices and appliances. (Must Have)
• Have demonstrated knowledge of LAN, WLAN and WAN concepts and architecture. (Must Have)
• Have working knowledge of network security standards and practices. (Must Have)
• Have demonstrated knowledge of network testing and troubleshooting. (Must Have)
• Experience supporting multiple systems. (Must Have)
• Excellent interpersonal, prioritization, and organization skills. (Must Have)
• Strong communication skills required: excellent technical writing and good presentation/training skills. (Must Have)
• Valid passport. (Must Have)
• Must be willing to travel to multiple countries over an extended period of time. (Must Have)
• Highly research oriented. (Nice to Have)
• Mandatory Required skill(s): Wireless Technologies.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
