XMG Launches ICT Publications with X-actitude
XMG, the premiere provider of ICT research and advisory services, has launched its research publication under the brand name X-actitude. The name X-actitude was derived from the word exactitude which means the ‘state or quality of being exact'.
Under the X-actitude brand, XMG analysts will produce valuable desk references, vendor and market competitive intelligence, and best methods and practices to help guide executives and decision makers drive the business mandate. According to Lauro Vives, Founder and Global Managing Partner, “The purpose of the publication is to give readers the benefit of prescriptive insights on relevant matters related to ICT and the business before it becomes common knowledge”.
X-actitude will launch its first publication entitled The Financial Performance of Four Top Philippine Call Centers which will be released in March, 2005.
